I don't actually know too too much about Elon Musk, but I do know that he has Asperger's, or a high functioning type of ASD. People with this condition can sometimes come off as robotic, stiff or awkward because social cues are processed differently and they often use what's called "masking" to basically mimic the words or actions of a neurotypical person. If his behavior seems off, his interactions with the crowd weren't great or his catchphrases were a little cringey, it's just something to keep in mind since he could be unaware of how he's coming off :)
