I usually agree with cody but damn are you wrong - technique and form for lifting matters and is important for preventing gym injuries. The best bodybuilders and powerlifters have perfected their form which is why they are where they are now. If you want to get ripped you need good form and technique!

Kind of dumb to post this on the podcast when the episode before Cody was literally talking about how grateful he was that he got the vaccine because of how much worse it would've been if he hadn't. And its not like Cody's old or in an at risk demographic. The vaccine has been proven to be incredibly effective at preventing severe covid or hospitalization, which is why numbers have been so low the past couple months and things have opened back up. I doubt you ever paid attention to vaccines before covid happened, now suddenly everyones an expert on vaccine efficacy. You're entitled to your own opinion but it doesn't mean you're right :)
