Yo the Dakota guy replying above is 100% correct. Had you gotten shocked you would've felt a good bit of a shock but probably been fine. A typical house/apt. doesn't have a whole lot of electricity is going through it. (Well, it's still quite a bit just not enough to kill you unless you have a heart condition or something.)

And all he’d have to do is go to the panel, turn it off (because when tripped, the toggle remains in center) and the. Turn it back on. The good news is you know cody’s chain is real, if it’s gold, because gold is one of the highest conductive metals you can get. Or it’s shitty stainless steel. Either way, our lord and savior Cody Ko can do that everyday, on bed, or on floor (you’re grounded either way) and still be fine.
