To me San Bernardino itself is depressing af, but there's a LOT of free land in the Inland Empire. They could get a spot in Corona that's less than an hour drive to anywhere in LA, pretty much no traffic outside of rush hour, and with enough land for Noel's go-kart course for cheap. Literally the drive from the IE to Hollywood takes just as long as the drive from Venice Beach to Hollywood, but with less traffic on the way.

I know you guys haaate San Bernardino County but it’s really just got the open land, better price, and hella office space that’s at a much more reasonable price than the city. City of Industry specifically is low key popping with important manufacturers for all kinds of shit (like shoes, cosmetic packaging). It’s still drivable to LA cus it honestly feels like nowhere sometimes. Also, it’s just a pretty low key area and has a good amount of the evil Chick Fila. I messaged you guys on here 2 months ago that you guys should just move to Vancouver. It's almost identical to LA except there's actual weather here and it's not as warm in the winter. If you wanna go surfing you can visit Tofino for the weekend or you can take up snowboarding/skiing in the local mountains. You saw the view bbno$ had from its condo, it's great here! Also you guys have dual citizenship and it should be zero issue for your girlfriends to get work visa's or Permanent Residence. Austin's dope too, I go every summer (except this year) but it's just the trend to move there.

Cars in Austin/Houston/DFW and adjacent counties have to be tested for emissions every year unless their old enough to grandfather out of it. Texas isn’t really that wild.
