I think Starseed Decerebrate would be particularly potent as a title. Not only for the medical relevance, but because it could tie into the theme of skewed perspectives. “Cerebrate” may sound like “celebrate”, but the closer one inspects the more uncanny the atmosphere becomes. Not unlike a guide giving a tour of an area that only exists in their own mind, oblivious to the barren wasteland before them.

Starseed Dementia sounds cool. And more demos would be cool, though I'll admit sometimes I keep my distance when I feel like they could spoiler me the full experience somehow, so very short demos would be for the best I guess
