In this short clip, I'm using the smudge brush to add some fluff and texture to the markings layer, making the fur look more realistic and soft. Enjoy! 🖌️✨

I use smudge brush and software is TvPaint Animation :) But i believe any smudge brush in any software will produce the same effect :D
