Hey! I use TvPaint animation for drawing, and blank layers when exporting from TVPaint Animation can be due to Layer Visibility or Empty Frames because its animation software and frames = layers when exported. If PSD contains everything shown in display, they you should not worry.

Some of the layers are blank even though the label indicates there should be something on them. Is that intentional?
