I'm sorry you went through that :( I've also had anxiety attacks that drove me to go to the ER a bunch of times, when I first started having them and they felt especially intense and physical. I know how much it sucks. I hope you can overcome, you don't deserve to feel that way.

As someone who went to the ER last week thinking I was having a heart attack (but it was just a fun new type of anxiety attack), I really feel where you are coming from. I can't focus on existential topics like this without completely spinning out into a bad mental place. Your videos are what keep me functional! Thank you for everything you do. ❤️

A little bit of my experience From the age of 18, I began to be haunted by a terrible fear of death, its inevitability and the idea that there would be no thoughts after death. I would not be able to comprehend anything, know what was happening or understand where the world was moving. All these thoughts caused terrible panic attacks. I've had them in various places: at home, on the subway and at university. It really ruined the quality of my life. This fear of death came inexplicably at 18 and unexpectedly disappeared at 23. I didn't do anything for that, and now I just hope it doesn't come back. I'm not suggesting you to do nothing or anything... I'm just sharing my piece.
