As a reminder nen abilities can be strengthened by adding conditions to them the harsher the conditions the stronger the ability becomes which is why genthru has that condition of explaining his power to activate his bombs

Genthru always struck me as a mix between schoolyard bully and cunning thug. Although that first part might be cuz he's literally stealing other peoples cards.
