Ash did that to make sure Fez didnt take the fall for him. He's a kid and from the beginning he was too compulsive.

seeing how much rue has grown and is just happy in this ep was so heartwarming to watch.

Even though Fez and Lexi are so different, they're adorable together. They're the perfect example of opposites attract. Probably my favourite couple in the show. I'm so sad how it ended for them. And RIP to Ash man. Also Cassie walking down to the stage sent chills down my spine...

I agree that the show could've just ended here, I really don't think a season 3 is needed, especially with how long it's been since season 2. I would've preferred it ended here as I feel like a lot of things were wrapped up. As for your question of "who is the antagonist of this show" that is very hard to answer. Firstly, as someone who tells stories for a living let me make it clear that the antagonist does not mean the villain. An antagonist is simply a character with an opposing goal of the protagonist (the protagonist is the main character but that doesn't always mean they are the good guy). Technically, Rue is the protagonist of this show so anyone who has an opposing goal to Rue would be the antagonist. For example, when Rue's only goal was to get high then her mom would've been the antagonist because she wanted her to be clean. But your antagonists can shift throughout a show more than they would in a movie with linear story. Especially in a show where we're getting multiple character POVs and stories where you might essentially end up with multiple protagonists. In Nate's own storyline, he would be the protagonist but someone like Cal or Fez would be his antagonists because they were "against" him.

Idk I do think Lexi should have asked before making a play about people’s lives but hey 🤷🏽♀️

End of an era... great reactions guys

Great reaction love you guysss 💞💞. The timeline gets tricky towards the end but Rue is one of the only people who was made aware of Lexi’s play as she got to read the script beforehand which is what the ending scene depicted !

Rue definitely didn’t quite apologize to Elliott she thanked him but also forgave him for betraying her in multiple ways (telling Jules but also sneaking around with Jules).
