🌺 HAPPY NEW YEAR + NEWS ON PATREON + NEW ICONS 🌺
🕑 Added 2023-01-01 10:31:04 +0000 UTC[ENG] (Spanish below) We did it! We have moved on to 2023, and I hope we can all be proud of that. I also wish that 2022 has ended in the best possible way and that we are looking forward to this new year ahead.
To the beuatiful people who have followed me on this journey, I have no words to describe how lucky and happy I feel, how much you have meant to me and how much you are helping me. I know I say the same thing over and over again: thanks to my patrons I can afford to continue working as a freelance illustrator in my country, you don't know how much that means to me. There are people here who have been by my side since I started in 2019, I have no words for these little people. Thank you so much.
2022 was one of my worst years, personally and professionally too, due to my mental health. Only the last few months, after leaving Instagram aside for a bit, I was able to regain the desire and motivation. I hope to resume this 2023 everything I left aside because I couldn't meet all the expectations.
It was the most difficult year for Patreon as well, and the first year that I needed to make stops and freeze the billing cycle here, because I was not reaching what I wanted. This platform has given me anxiety, because I didn't see myself capable of creating content of interest that was worth paying for, and because of that, it's been very messy and I haven't delivered everything I promised. And yet, many of you have decided to stay here with me. Thank you very much.
For this year, I've decided to be cautious, and be aware of what I can offer and what I can't, so as not to saturate myself, and above all, so as not to feel like I'm betraying those who support me here.
Therefore, I have decided to adjust the rewards. In the photos of this post, you can find the list of what I am going to offer in 2023. Some rewards have been moved from tier, and others have been removed.
I know it's a very risky decision, and I understand that many people prefer to leave with these changes (if it's your case, thank you very much for all the support so far and for giving a chance to my art). My goal is to be realistic and not lie with what you can receive on this platform, and give what I promised. Of course, you can always access the past rewards, there are a lot of them!
Regarding the physical packs (10$ and 20$ tiers), I've decided to do something that it's easier for me: I'm going to replace the stickers (which cost me a lot to make, cut them out and be aware of receiving the necessary products for it) with playing cards of my collectible characters. I think it's a nice idea, original, and for me, easier. I hope you like it and understand this change. But! The packages would go with stickers I have of mine that I use for my bullet journal and pen pals, because, although they are bought ones, they are nice and I would like to give them away ^^
Thanks for reading me. This year I want to give my best and make the support that you give me and that means so much to me be rewarded.
I promise to do my best to live up to it.
Thank you very much, and happy new year. 🌺
.....................................................
[ESP] ¡Lo hemos conseguido!
