I think that's a good idea! Whatever is manageable for you is great, I wouldn't want Patreon to be stressful for you or burn you out :( Whatever pace or tier setup that keeps this fun for you works for me!

I may understand because I tend to do the same thing. Sometimes have to tell myself that it's ok to slow down and ease into things. Not everything has to be right now, not everything has to be a big deal, and not everything has to be perfect. If I put too much thought and effort into chasing those ideals, my brain can go overdrive, and I might burn out or find myself stuck. Take advantage of the motivation to get started, but don't feel like you have to immediately meet a bunch of grand expectations.

Thank you Jess, I really needed this 🥲 I often feel a sudden burst of motivation to start something big, and then procrastinate and overthink about it feeling anxious for hours😅 I'll try having more fun with making content and not stressing out too much

That's totally fine. My advice would be not to worry about sticking to such frequent deadlines and specific content promises. Release things when you can, at a pace that's comfortable for you, with content that you feel comfortable making. You don't have to set up and conform to such rigid expectations. Just have fun making things you will enjoy sharing, and make some of it exclusive for the higher tier at times. The things you share will likely be better if you are more relaxed about making them. No need to stress or rush. The more you enjoy yourself, the more we will enjoy ourselves.
