MAJOR ANNOUCEMENT
🕑 Added 2023-01-06 20:41:17 +0000 UTCMaking the full switch to TV shows. Getting a copyright strike for Paths of Glory was the final straw. I will test the movies I have left to edit on a separate account and then upload here if it doesn’t trigger any copyright claims.
I will decide what shows will join Lost in the coming days. Mr. Robot will return for sure. The Last of Us will also most likely join. I’m still demonetized but didn’t mind as long as the reactions were still public but now that it’s involving strikes, I can’t spend anymore time figuring it out.
Movie subs built this channel and a good size of you came from my first channel that got shut down. I should’ve done this last summer but I wanted to try and see if something would change. I hope you guys will stay and see the rest of the movies that make the cut but I completely understand if you aren’t interested in the new direction the channel takes. Rest assured once I find a way to do movies that doesn’t trigger the many auto and manual detectors YouTube uses, they will return ASAP.
Either way I love you forever for the considerate comments and giving me the confidence and I NEEDED early on to keep making videos.
If anyone wants to request a movie on Patreon, I will still react and upload it there, but there is an 80% chance it won’t end up on YouTube.

Fully agree with Macca. Movies are kind of one-offs unless there are sequels so fans tend to watch a reaction and then move on unless they really want to see a Full Length reaction to a few movies you've watched. With TV shows, it seems like people get invested in seeing a reaction throughout the series and that's where I think a lot of people get interested in seeing Full Length reactions a lot more instead of the YouTube edits especially because YouTube releases are delayed compared to Patreon. I know you're going through LOST right now, but The Wire is definitely a must watch if you haven't seen it. I was going to recommend that next but it's a lengthy show compared to Utopia and didn't want to overwhelm you. Glad to see Macca recommending it as well. :)

Shows are the way to go Mike I think theyre also been shown to be the most benefical to gaining patreon subs too, would love to see Mr Robot, Last of Us, The Sopranos, The Wire and Boardwalk Empire. For what its worth if you do still want to do films it might be worth reaching out to other reactors because I know they deal with this ALOT as well and asking for advice via email/discords might give some insight on how they deal with it. Fuck with the channel and Patreon no matter what and the show reactions are S+

I’m sorry about YouTube, but if you will do movies on Patreon I will stay (just realized Red Dwarf said the same thing!). I think you may need some time to figure out how many movies you can commit to a month, so let’s check back at the end of the month? I hate what youtube has done to reaction channels. I have bought a lot of movies just to watch with reactors. Ridiculous to think it takes away from anything. I will remain on Patreon and request movies as long as you are willing. I don't care if it carries on to youtube. I like watching movies with your reaction. But if you ever want to stop that, let me know ha.
