This story was actually inspired by one of the first Batman stories and the career of the first of Batman's recurring villains, Dr. Hugo Strange. Strange was in the business of creating monsters and crime waves and back then, Batman killed his villains instead of keeping them in insane asylums. Strange managed to survive though, and keeps coming back to this day. We'll have to see what happens to his avatar, here. :)

Cool for your cousin. :) And I'm sure that you have other failings than liking Doom Patrol, Sandman and Challengers of the Unknown. :)

My second cousin BD Wong (we all call him Brad) played Hugo Strange in the FOX series "Gotham." I only got to know him after he moved to NYC. He actually once gave me a make-up lesson. LOL. I have to confess I was a DC fan more than Marvel. Does that make me a bad person?
