I would like to see Zig visit with her mom but not so much the father. Grandmother gives the impression that Zig / Tanya's Mother WOULD like to see her daughter again.

It may be an old name, but it's still *her* name. There's nothing wrong with continuing to use it whenever she visits those family members. Most of the people she knows only know her by her new name, so that's totally okay for them to keep using it.

Zig needs a little down time right now. No bad dreams from her past, PLEASE ERIC. Tomorrow is another day. The question is, will she see her mother and hope Dad is not around. But what will happen if dad opens the door first, sees Zig and slams the door in her face or worse, tries to have sex with her.

I am really enjoying this arc. Zig Zag's or Tanya's, past is such a fascinating concept to explore. I remember from the old comic that it might get dark later on...

Tanya is a lovely name I agree. But it’s a name that carries a lot of baggage and pain with it. Zig Zag Is a name that comes from a new beginning, A rising above, if you will. Even though the zigzag that we all know will not be the same given time, as healing is a lifelong endeavour
