Alright, so according to playground rules, Endora is entitled to one tag back, being her choice of either a kiss or punch to the face.

All true. But the laws simplify things for the sake of safety. What Zig needs isn't being charged, but a whole lot more therapy. And while a court order might force that, in that incident, it was far more likely to put Zig behind bars, which would have been unlikely to reform her. It probably would have made her worse. but we have the benefit of seeing Zig from the other side. Zig was a victim of her father, and while she doesn't admit it, it does affect her. But the thing is, her behaviors doesn't seem to come from maliciousness, or having power over others, it seems to come from affection, love, the need to bond with people. And in her usual environment of the porn industry, in ZZ Studios, her behavior is accepted because they all love it as much as Zig, they don't say no, which just reinforces her own beliefs. Its only outsiders, such as Sabrina and her mother, where Zig is faced with reality, and it takes something stronger than 'NO' to break through that ingrained and reinforced belief. Zig did once say in relation to the incident that she "though [Sabrina] was into it". The end question is, "Is it better to charge Zig and have her legally punished/locked up where she cannot hurt others?" Or "Teach Zig that No means No and that her actions are wrong, so she becomes a better person that doesn't hurt people?" Of course, Zig is a comic character and should not be compared to anyone in real life. In Real Life, the first answer is probably the better one. It's harder for people to change when it's not a plot point.

Ever explain a "funny story" from when you were younger and as you're telling it and seeing people react, you realize just how bad it was?
Kenneth Chisholm
The only problem is "No" should have been a strong enough hint. Since Sabrina had to use force, that would be enough to have Zig Zag up on charges.
Thisguy
Pretty much. Zig's only redeeming trait there was the fact that she CAN take a hint when its strong enough... But that's really not an excuse in most societies, and the only reason why Zig gets away with it the rest of the time is because she's a famous porn star, and most people are into it as much as she is.
Kenneth Chisholm
To Sabrina's parents, if they knew all the facts, the basic logic would be that Zig Zag is a full-blown sex-offender who nearly raped their daughter.

I'm not sure if her dad is more upset that her little girl was getting molested by a porn star, or that said porn star didn't do more than just kiss HIM?
Jonathan
Absolutely great!

This is awkward. You want to defend Zig, but her behaviour has been borderline unacceptable. Zigs major problem is she equates friendship with intimacy.
Samy Khadre
And she did kiss Sabrina's dad too, if y'all remember ?

Good times >w> Almost forgot Sabrina was wearing those pants >.>

Huh. This might really make things worse... That said, if Sab's strong enough to sock a half-tiger into taking her seriously, she's something else O.o
Dogman15
Whose plot?
Dogman15
They're going to say something about violence not being the answer next, watch.
