This video is the first video on this channel to be rendered in Embers instead of Synthesia/Adobe After Effects. This means that I can cut rendering time from 24+ hours to less than 15 minutes. And ultimately, this means I can make more videos for you guys!
For those of you who don't know, Embers is an app developed by LyricWulf, another piano YouTuber. It might as well be called the Synthesia killer because I am NEVER going back after discovering this program. I've been wanting to make videos like LyricWulf for a long time, and he's actually one of my biggest inspirations for even starting this channel. Growing up, I always had a love for electronic media along with playing the piano. So this YouTube channel is a perfect opportunity to blend my two passions.
Anyways, onto the song choice. I'm actually a huge PewDiePie fan so when I discovered Bad History's video on PewDiePie's channel earlier this week I knew I had to cover this song. The song recounts PewDiePie's journey to where he is today. It's truly an inspirational video that definitely motivated me even more to achieve YouTube success. Not only that but it's super catchy!
