Love the podcast and cracked up multiple times. But one point of contention. The line about if it a thing of whites people calling CHILD services on black people. Historically in this country CPS Has been used to take children away from minorities over minor instances or true accidents.

OMFuckingG....so after seeing some comments in the Facebook group I decided to watch this movie before listening to the review. This GODAWFUL cringefest is based on some wild story out of Gary, IN. The Ghost Adventures grifter bought the house and made a "documentary" in it before it was demolished. Even that was better than this nightmare....

Spoiler warning, I suppose. I saw this on Netflix and almost recommended it. I wish I had. I goddamned lost it when she started speaking in tongues during the exorcism scene. She does about as good a job as Heath does. Easily the most terrifying parts of this movie are the ending placards that say she got her kids back and that this was “based on a true story.”
