I was coming to bring that up as well. Ahura Mazda was the inspiration for the late Jewish/early Christian conception of god after the Jews were freed from Persian rule. So Craven only produced Wishmaster. Putting his name on it was part of the side deals done to get Scream (1996) done. And for Wishmaster it worked. Cost 5mil, made 15mil despite being terrible.
