I live in Sweden and i remember whean they had bible class in state school. this was before 2000 whean we seperated church and state and i recall the story of Moses and Pharao and i thought back then as a 8 year old that God was a horrible monster. Hell, my mom told me of when i was 4 years old and she put me in the churchs child group to meet friends and i turned to hear after a day and told her " mom, i dont want to listen to this rubbish"

I wondered why you chose to do this movie because I remembered it as being really good. And then partway through the episode, I abruptly flashed back to being nine years old and my friend's mom took us to see this in theaters and I was fucking TERRIFIED during the scene where all the firstborns die. Like to the point I had trouble sleeping. And now I'm like "Oh, right...that why I haven't watched it since......" Thanks for covering this one!
