Eli podcasts under his real name. Noah, Heath, and Lucinda are all pseudonyms (and puns): No Illusions, Lucid Delusions, and Heathen, Right? However, both Noah's and Heath's real names have been revealed at some point or another. Noah freely revealed his true given name early in the podcast history during a diatribe. Heath's mum dropped his real name -- repeatedly -- during a Mothers Day livestream last year. (Note: If you are also a listener to CogDis, Cecil is also a pseudonym (based on his last name). However, he dropped his real first name during the first livestream when he forgot to change his Zoom name.)

I had been confused before too. Was it his real name or not. It’s not. It’s just wordplay on “no illusions.” Not sure if any of the other hosts’ names are real. I can understand why not since religious nuts are prone to terrorism.
