I'll be reinstating those perks when I feel more capable of managing the workload, which will ideally not take very long...

sorry to hear it. Maybe you could think of some other type of reward that wouldn't require as much attention to individuals and could be distributed to those tiers as a group, so it wouldn't take as much of your time to manage
