Soup & Snow

This is (unintentionally) the first post of 2025 so... Happy New Year. ๐
I really hope yours is off to a great start. Mine is not but I'm working to improve that ...somehow.
Food's usually a good start, personally. It snowed this week so I decided to make soup before the storm. On a whim, I tried beef n veggie soup for the first time ever and it was not bad. Beef a lil tough but that's bc I accidentally overcooked some of the pieces. (Oil popped a lot.) I'd def do it again, even without the snow. Which is/was beautiful...
These are kinda the first photos on my phone now. I had to factory reset my phone in order to use it after it got stuck in a reboot loop (corrupted data?). So everything from the last couple months, and all my asmr cloud drafts, and the voice recordings of me reading & singing are gone gone. ๐ซ This isn't my first media loss rodeo but it doesn't get any easier to bear. I also lost my website at the same time that i had to wipe my phone so...! ...new beginnings or something. ๐ฅน Massive thank you to those who contributed to the wishlist item to help me get a replacement phone!!! Thank you so much. I can't wait to make new content with a clearer camera+mic and actual battery life! ๐ญ๐๐พ

I genuinely feel like the beef was a little ambitious. It would've been great without. But I needed a protein and I didn't wanna use beans or anything. I think that would be good to try for next time though. Like...beans or lentils or somn. Thank you for the kind words and encouragement, Calvo ๐
