It's 1/11. So much has already happened. Happy New Year. I'm 30 now. Thank you for the birthday love and well wishes. π
I'm gonna be honest - I'm terrified. My timer is starting to ring and I feel... unprepared still. I'm not done cooking yet. Please. Give me 5 more minutes. There's still a little chill in the pit of my belly, my heart is still thawing. My hands and feet are like ice. I need to get my petals in order. My feathers to my splay just so. My introductory speech still isn't done and I haven't written my victory theme for the OST yet. Know what I mean?
A lotta metaphor to say ....life is happening too quickly and I'm trying to find my purchase before they drop me off so I don't trip n crack my face open. Another metaphor. I'm gettin older. I gotta do the things now. I ain't tryna get married and have babies just yet. But I do need to work towards stability, security, safety, better health, and independence. Supporting myself off my art (or whatever else) so I can move safely, healthily, and peacefully within my own space(s). Tryna hit rich auntie status before I become a biological auntie in 12 years.
And I know I just announced the idea but ...the hoodie/shirt joint, I'm gonna have to push it back a month at least. Our move date...we're still figuring that out. Plus, I'm gonna be exhausted because I'll be back and forth from SC and school starts again in March too... Darn. I'm already tired...
