address an issue?

I never know.
I'm here trying to release so much pain
from yesterday
from last month
from the last decade…
I'm forgetting things
I'm in constant physical pain
My outlets aren't working anymore.
Holding it in isn't working anymore.
Distracting myself is not working anymore.
A month of sobriety is rough
especially when my coping mechanisms are
Karaoke and alcohol
Great mix, right? Yes. Addictive mix…
I don't want to be an alcoholic
So for now I'm only doing karaoke,
I sing until i can't speak the next day…
Next few days…
Because it's easier that way
to hold it all in
But my hands still work.
Which is why we're here.
