The Hollow Era: Outlands | Episode 1 Opening Scene
🕑 Added 2024-04-28 23:25:14 +0000 UTCFinally, after having a bajillion projects in the pipeline at once for a bit too long, got one of them done. This is the opening scene for the actual first mainline game of Hollow Era. This has been in my head for like 2 years now so to finally have it come to reality feels great! Tikal and Uma have a great adventure awaiting them!
This comes upon the game's recent switchover to Unity's HD rendering engine. Which makes Tikal and the surrounding assets I made look so good! Still more work to do on that front and technically plenty of work that I've thrown out as a result, but still! I think this is the direction I'd like to take things visually.
Anyway I hope you all like this new preview of the game! Had blast making it! The biggest challenge here was modeling and designing Uma. Creatures aren't my forte but I like how he turned out, he's a cutie.
