I know I already commented but I had another idea. I think it would be so cool to have an animated guest appearance. Similar to how Hot Ones does it. Not sure how it would work out logically but I think some sort of art theme with someone experienced in art would be cool! Maybe the artist could animate themselves into it to make it look like they’re sitting next to you.😂

oh, I had figured distancing herself from the show was better for her job prospects.. Not even sure where I got that idea. I did not realize it was taking a personal toll. I am curious... was the toll due to the stories themselves and having to think about and discuss them? Or was it fan interactions she felt obligated to respond to? And finding that too time consuming and draining? You don't need to get too detailed. You don't need even need to provide an answer. It's ok if the question is too intrusive and you don't want to say anymore. I liked her presence on the show. Whether I agree or disagree with a view, I always thought she put a lot of thought into her responses. Both Lauren and Alejandra... I like their sincerity and thoughtful responses.

My hot take... I think you could get away with a brief summary (they were cliff notes in my day!), maybe a link to the original episode in the description, then people could get a twofer... an excuse for a double episode by watching the original and then coming back to the current episode with the update.

Any stories that ended with no updates, but have been updated since you recorded the episode. Look, I don't read reddit. I barely know it exists. i’m not sure if this would be a but tricky to plan, but i think a ‘this didn’t age well’ theme would be really cool! like one where the story has updates that are like extra shocking or contradicting as compared to the original story post. :)

I always thought it would be fun if you did an episode where you read the title and have your guest guess if OP will be in the right or wrong before you read the whole story. This would probably work best with AITAH posts. I feel like a lot of times the title can be a bait and switch so it could just be a fun little guessing game you play before getting the whole context!
