The story about the fiancée story sounds like DID (dissociative identity disorder), my aunt had that and we found out she had many different friend groups based on which identity was “in front” at the time. Big events can trigger switches and I bet the engagement triggered a switch for her and that identity was friends with “the six” and the one he fell in love with was not. If it feels like they switched and were two different people, they probably are.

Morgan, Neti Pots are my best friend as someone with chronic sinusitis and my dad swears by the navage. If you don’t trust the stores water (the bottles are sealed though, very safe) then you can boil water yourself to distill it and put into your own clean 4L bottle once cooled down

If you know someone who has been through any kind of law enforcement or military training, don’t try to scare them or jump them. They are trained to react in seconds and it’s so ingrained to be an instinctual response to threats. This is why PTSD responses are no joke and can be set off by the simplest of things (like fireworks) if the brothers fiancé knew about his prior military service then she’s just being irresponsible and reckless with that kind of behavior. She’s lucky she’s not in the hospital.

For nasal congestion use Afin spray. It’s the only thing that works for me! Just make sure to read the label/instructions as inappropriate use may cause rebound congestion.

For Allergies, a spoon full of honey 1-2 a day. To help congestion, mug of salt water, drop in a clove of garlic (cut up for more effect) in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Drink the whole thing, eat the garlic. These were some tips from when I was in chorus so hope they help
