Hi Morgan! She’s another Reddit story reader (doesn’t have a podcast to my knowledge) who recently lost a lot of followers for deciding to start wearing a hijab. Okay, SO....All of the mocktail elixirs on the market contain a combo of 4-5 of these ingredients: rhodiola, L-Theanine , ginkgo biloba ashwagandha, maca root, ginseng, cordyceps, and reishi, and Lion's Mane. Then they combine that with a syrup and other natural flavors followed by some sort of carbonation. I work at an integrative health practice so I have access to most of these (HEB took care of the rest!). My FIRST concoction gave me the feeling I get after two or three sips of wine: That warm fuzzy feeling start to feel a little different, but not completely mentally loosened. Gonna probably double my ingredients, tonight. Work has been dumb and toxic AF!

definitely have to do some touristy stuff while you’re there! i recently went to the museum of fine arts in boston and it was an immense experience. newbury street is fun to walk down for shopping and treats as well as faneuil hall (not sure if i spelled that right). the new england aquarium is beautiful and decently sized with a large tank in the center. i hope this helps!

I recently started my journey into mocktails, as well! I looked up the adaptogens that are used in most patented recipes and I started doing some mixing tonight! Excited to not feel hungover almost every day. 🙂 also, would love to hear an episode devoted to updates, but I can see how that would be tricky. I also loved the "comments took care of it" concept. I love updates cause sometimes I feel myself on the edge of my seat waiting for more. New job is going so well and loving it so much! Moved out of my apartment entirely and fully moved back to STL.
