I will say I don’t agree on reporting her or telling her family. OP is not the victim in this situation, the cousin is. So it should be up to him to decide who knows what and when to report.

I’m not sure that I can think of a situation where being 22 & sleeping with a 15 yr old is not disturbing. 22 & 29 is still a big difference. You are at completely different places in your life at those times. Let alone the incest part.
