I’m a little late to the party but I used to clean houses and cottages also while doing the landscaping for the properties . I had a client that had a massive 4 million dollar cottage up in Muskoka Canada that had neighbours they didn’t like so they bought them out of their 3 million dollar cottage to get rid of them only to use the second cottage as a way to play around with interior decorating, not to stay in . And on top of that they would only spend maybe 1 month out of the year at the cottages

Never dealt with him personally, but the big real estate developer in my home town built a gigantic mansion, then added his own LAKE to the property (like a legit lake, not a dinky pond). Then built up hills around the property so no one could see it lol. He still has that property and is also a big trophy hunter, has a whole showroom in his mansion for his taxidermy 😷
