When it came time for my bother and his wife to announce the sex and name of their children (they have 2) they announced both on Facebook first, my whole side of the family heard those things via online only. My brothers 1st kid was the 1st grandchild for my parents. It was hurtful for all of us

As someone who crochets baby blankets for everyone in my family who has a baby, it is a TON of work. Also, if anyone started expecting and DEMANDING it from me, I would stop doing it. I love to do it because I enjoy crocheting and giving someone something I put love into. It becomes not fun if people start acting like this about it.
