Fun fact! If you have a salpingectomy (full removal of fallopian tubes) is the safest way to "tie your tubes" as typical cutting/tying your tubes can lead to complications, including the tubes naturally growing back together. While natural pregnancy is not an option after this procedure, IVF is still an option! I got a salpingectomy at 23 (at the time, only had been dating my current BF for a month, no children) and I'm so thankful for the doctor who agreed to do it.

If it had been early in the relationship and he regretted it and had never done it since then, that would be more forgivable, to me. To panic before committing your life to one another, sure, it happens. But to cheat right before you get married? It’s good it happened now, so you can end it more easily. It’s unfortunate timing with the accident but it’s serendipitous.

Yeah, it doesn’t matter how long I’ve been with my partner or how much has been invested into the relationship, if they cheat on me in any way then it’s completely over. I wouldn’t want any explanation or to see that person ever again. It’s extremely disrespectful, shows they clearly don’t care about the relationship, and also risk your health with stds/stis with even a one time hook up. There’s absolutely no coming back from that in my book

If he loved and respected her he would confess to her and face the consequences. He knew she’d be done with him and that’s why he didn’t tell her. He only cares about himself.
