Slowly but steady (?) I keep updating the basic Houdini series.
New H version (19) came out a week ago, I need to get hands on there as well. In every version nodes break/change/disappear haha. I will try my best to stay up to date with the newest stuff before posting the new tut.
Meanwhile, enjoy some boring advanced selection operations :)

makes sense, houdini navigation is unlike other 3d apps i used.

Oh side note, Insydium updated their Bridge tool to R25. If you updated and have some plugins not working it might help to make them work again. TBH not sure if this fits in here.

I sometimes run into the issue that some nodes don't behave/show as expected when either selection arrow or the multi select thingie is active. Example here was the groupexpression with the line and point selection. Would not show selected points until i found out i need to deselect the selection tool. By now I know to fiddle with this but yeah.. sometimes throws me off. Beginner learning experiences....
