Xparticles logo (VIDEO TUTORIAL)
🕑 Added 2020-05-16 21:24:35 +0000 UTCHello hello!
Im back after 2.5 very heavy months in production. Im so happy we did some very cool projects all this time, but i also missed my dear patrons :)
So in this tutorial, we gonna see practical application of xparticles in a recent client project. Tests and instagram posts are cool, but in real world scenarios things are different. Daily rates, make it even more difficult and we need to be practical and fast to keep clients happy.
Cheers guys, as usual leave ur comments and questions below and i ll do my best to get back to you.

Hi are the project files available for this. thanks for your tutorials
Thanos Kagkalos
thanks! mm xp has changed explosia appearance from r21 onwards twice. The viewport of c4d has changed from opengl to directx or something, so this is probably the reason for what you are seeing I guess!

Hey yes, play with the particle radius + go to extended data/physical data and set a fuel value

Hey, i tried to recreate the smoke/fire simulation (05 :18) with the same setup from you, put an XP Source tag on the ermitter, but i can“t see the smoke/fire :/ Is there another setting so that the smoke becomes visible?

Cause advection is taking over other forces once is set to 100% velocity. Plz check project files

Why do my advected particles turn off the influence of the follow surface in modifiers and the result is different from yours. . . . .

Guys, let me know please if you want me to be very thorough about techniques that have been discussed in the past. I feel its nice for someone to see each tut completely individually but on the other hand we have much more in depth tutorials for certain subjects and i try focus more on my philosophy instead of repeating techniques. I d like ur input here, especially from new patrons. Cheers
