I use Paint Tool SAI 2 to draw and yes, I have a palette of colours that I use regularly! You can check the timelapse and see the whole process too :3 And I do release PSD files for works I like especially. Might do it again soon if I make something really nice :3 I always mention the stuff in the post when I do have extra stuff.

This turned out fantastic!! Do you have a palette saved for each of the characters so their colors say consistent throughout your work? Which program do you draw in? Do you ever release your raw file for someone to study? I just ADORE your use of light, and you seem to enjoy outlines too! UwU
