Asset - Caravan Leader (Path)

DESIGN NOTES
1st ability: The main ability traces the one of the Commander path asset, while adjusting the semantic values to fit the theme. I didn't name any move, and simply abstract it as "when making a move that requires you roll +supply", to adhere to the wording of the Mammoth companion asset, which aims to accomplish the same goal.
The reason why it adds to —and not replaces— the value of the to roll is to outline a mechanical distinction between this asset and the Mammoth one. And since a fix 1-3 add to a roll +supply is a huge boost, it is fair to balance this boon by...
1. Making you take +1 goods only on a strong hit with the Resupply and Sojourn moves. The first to abstract that resupplying a caravan might not be such an easy task and the latter to abstract the caravan trading in settlements.
2. Making the asset a debility when its resource reaches 0 (like the Commander).
2nd ability: The Compel offers the option to barter with +heart. It is appropriate to link this move to this asset by offering its resources in exchange. Adding +goods is fittingly an impactful boost considering that a caravan cargo is full of valuables.
3rd ability: Directly taken from the Commander asset, in its 3rd ability.
