Agreed. Infernal Affairs is far superior.
Gotta be The Departed if only to force you all to watch / compare with INFERNAL AFFAIRS 1, 2 & 3 on which it was based.
I have been submitting In Bruges into the suggestion form for months now! When will we see the day?!
Gangs of New York is an entertaining movie but its handling of the 1863 Draft Riots is extremely confusing and downright misleading.
While TWoWS is my favorite Scorsese movie, The Departed is the most “screenwritery” and I imagine will yield a more fruitful discussion so I won’t be mad when it wins. But please circle back eventually!
I picked Wolf of Wall Street but I’m not mad at the Departed. Excellent movie.

Definitely. Personally, I feel the urge every 10 minutes to talk about In Bruges and if I don’t I’ll explode.

As much as I love Gangs of New York, and I truly do love all three hours of that movie, hands down has to be Departed.
