Gotta be ET guys, especially if Michael hasn't seen it. Analysing Pixar scripts feels like an exercise in futility. It's like: 'It's just...perfect, right?' 'Yes. They are a story machine. The end.' ET's got a bit where an alien drinks beer and it makes a kid get drunk...at school! Come on guys! Surely that's worth some attention.

I feel like a Star Trek reboot conversation would be really interesting- it's such an extreme example of a total reworking of an old IP. Lots to say about the trade offs in maintaining a franchise.
O Brother Where Art Thou is the best film on this list. That or Rear Window would both be very interesting to hear. Would be really nice to hear your thoughts on an Hitchcock. :)
