I feel like it is a dream-like state of mind, possibly like how it felt when she first arrived in Seoul and the overwhelming feelings she had. Like the part looking younger standing in the middle of traffic, or sometimes like she was underwater, or in a fishbowl, plane references maybe for the extensive traveling they did and not knowing which way was up.... this is literally one of my favorites on the album.
