I'm watching through what I missed and I can't not say this... Crackers are savoury you doofus! *Sighs...* Fine I'll explain more, crackers are either neutral or salty, while biscuits are typically more sweet. Also biscuits have leavening to make them rise while as the purpose of crackers is to stay thin and crack (thus the name) so they do not and while there can be overlap in terms of being neutral typically they have different key ingredients and purposes. Edit : Just unpaused to you explaining your version of a biscuit which, while the uses are very much different (and yours is more savoury - I totally forgot biscuits and gravy were a thing for you guys admittedly lol,) it still kind of applies to what I was saying about biscuits having leavening, it's just the biscuits you're used to sound more fluffy and bread like as opposed to the crumbly sweet treats I associate biscuits with.
