Blew my mind in a simple way: I’ve been thinking about the A4 as a 4-monosynth sequencer, my brain was missing the potential for treating the whole thing as a an 8-osc monosynth. (With independent sequencer control over each voice.) With sampling in the mix who cares if I use 4 tracks for a single sound? I get it now why some modular folks talk about A4 as replacing a ton of eurorack.
