The assumption is that many of the people prepping for Day 1 DD4 will have the characters at a higher Star Level, and those that will first be able to enter in a few months will be able to farm them up shortly thereafter.

Is the assumption here that pymtech will be farmable to 7 stars when dd4 starts or is that not a factor?
