Great episode! Can confirm as someone with an exempt-salary job, regularly working well beyond 9-5. Would not recommend for most people, if avoidable.

Great first Q&A episode. A question FYC: When starting a gacha or game, is the language a choice or barrier? I've played my gachas like HSR and Reverse in english but a game like Impact 3rd is towards the bottom of my list since it has no english dub (yet). I'm more of an audio centric person when it comes to games and english is easier to play with though I will watch some anime in Japaneese depending on which language I was introduced to it with.
