Poll Results, + Haru Returns Color Animation Progress
🕑 Added 2021-07-17 04:48:56 +0000 UTCOkay well, the results of the poll are in so I'll be starting to color the Tatsumaki animation next.
Before that though there were a couple of days earlier on where sketch progress on Tatsumaki ran into some of the days working on Haru, and it turns out I was gonna need those couple of days to finish Haru so expect to see progress on both in next week's update.

I know that's not the biggest consolation towards the folks not wanting more cow tf. Trust me, I hear your frustrations and understand a month between repeating species was not enough time. I've seen a year break between repeating species being suggested, but that kinda feels like too long, and would probably nullify the ability to do multi-month projects if I made folks wait a year before the idea could be resubmitted for continuation.
Next month I will still try something new though, so please bear with me while I figure out a system that works. I really wanna get things figured out so I can put the time spent stressing about it back into animating.

Alright. Btw I know the person who sponsored idolmooster cow transformation hasn’t been sponsoring lately how much would it be to finish it up the animations and add sound? I really want to see the end and I would like to sponser the end myself. Or is the commissioner the only one who can pay to finish?

Not likely. Coloring that many frames as well as adding in the green lights will probably need two months, which is why I labeled that option a Long one.

Could make themed months be every other so like a theme one month, then free for all the next. That way people still get to be able to submit ideas they want but they only have to wait one month instead of several. But yea the not limiting it too much could be a bit tricky

Yeah I do like that idea. And the themes could be something like what the source of the medium of the animation source would be, what kind of tf or tg it will be, whether it's a sequence or animation edit or scratch animation. Admittedly, it might be tricky keeping the themes not too limiting though, and I'm not sure how folks will feel having to wait until the relevant theme to come up again before they can resubmit the idea they came up with.

IDK if this is already the idea you had but one idea would be to have there be set themes per month. So that all the ideas for the poll are of a similar vain ideally and one won't just auto dominate another while also keeping things varied every month or so. only issue might be deciding what theme gets picked. Could do like a big suggestion pool from patreons, then take those and put them in a randomize for like a set time period before doing a new pool submission. Just a suggestion though, you already mentioned having an idea but figured I'd throw in my 2 cents.

As I said once. Why not change it up a bit pure cows are made enough, why not minotaurs? I mean a muscular Minotaur girl with huge badonkers would be something different but in the same region! I don't hate cows tf I just don't like them! Use the mino tf and give them red eyes a bit of angry face, and you could mix Corruption, Muscles, and the cow folk into one transformation sequence!

Even if people wanna hate on the cows, it's something people like plenty. And there's always more time to do more of the other things too. But as the previous person suggested, perhaps make it so that one thing cannot always have the month after the first I suppose. Though many of us also of course want to see the finished product of such great work as well. Plus people are gonna be more biased towards tiddy vs a catgirl with no anthro-ish body really. Either way you're doing amazing work, and I think that much we can all appreciate. So let's all enjoy what's put out together, and be supportive yeah? There's plenty more time for more good stuff. Just gotta have patience even if it's a bit difficult. I love the cows and the other TFs and things, and you're very talented with these edits. We'll be here with whatever new stuff you make. It'll be good for sure, I bet.

Some artists with Patreon’s usually have the winners wait a while before posting new content. Nothing against the tatsu cow tf idea but if I’m correct it won last month and this month, to allow a level of fairness people should be only allowed to submit one and if they won they would have to wait another month or two months before submitting anything else. As for ideas I would also propose cap on certain theme or have themed based months that way you can also prevent same ideas being used all the time and people can think of fun ideas for certain characters. I mean would theme based months be better than the current one now? What do the rest of you think?
