- I did not use Clo fill tool to make the puffer effect. This is because fill tool is not available in Marvelous Designer yet.

You can for a loose fitting T-shirt and tops. However, the original instruction from the book is for heavy jacket. In real life, T-shirt with stretchy fabric has smaller neckline, and a bit shorter but wider sleeve-cap.
