January 2025 - Day 8.1 - 2 Juryo matches

First up is J2 Asakoryu (5-2) taking on J5 Shimanoumi (0-7). A loss today for Shimanoumi would be a make-koshi (losing record).
Then we see the match between J4 Shishi (6-1) and J1 Sadanoumi (4-3).

well, I definitely enjoy the Juryo videos, especially to follow the rise of Aonishiki, and to see Shishi hopefully getting back to the top the division...

Yes, the 'head conk' cut his eye brow. White Bear had blood on his face and left shoulder but had to be told he was covered in blood by the guy with the water bucket who handed him a towel. I watched it live (full coverage).
