I’m excited to share that I’m currently working on the next update, which will bring significant depth and new features to the game. Here’s a quick look at what’s coming:
The Barracks
This new addition will allow you to assign possessed captives to various roles: enlist them into your army, send them on expeditions to explore the area, or have them defend your castle.New Discoverable Locations
Around 60 settlements and bandit camps are being added for you to investigate, capture, or destroy. This is by far the most technically complex system I have worked on so will take some time.Portal Room
The portal room will enable instant travel to different locations, tied in with a new spell "Tear".Castle Raids Overhaul
The current night raid mechanics are being completely redesigned from the ground up, with improved and new defenses.Patreon Exclusive Updates
For our Patreon supporters, I’m introducing improvements to the Inn and a brand-new area exclusively for you. Details will follow soon! These features may be released slightly later (possibly in V0.2.1) to ensure consistent updates for everyone.
A small side note - based on feedback, the inclusion of minigames has been (mostly) disliked therefore I won't be including more going forward other than possibly the existing lockpicking system. All existing minigames will either be replaced, or a skip button will be added.
