A neat detail is that the mole in Bail's team is referred to as Jung's Agent. And Luthen's mole in the ISB, Lonnie, is Lonnie Jung. So that's how Luthen knew Bail's team was corrupted because Lonnie's ISB underling agent was the one in Bail's team.
