Part 3
After school, I go to look for Shishou's property.
Emma said she knew a good real estate agent, so I asked her to introduce me.
He was about forty years old and was a friendly man. However, he seemed to be quite flirtatious with Emma.
It seems that they mainly introduce mansions to nobles.
"My name is Domado. It is a pleasure to meet you, Noru-sama. I don't mean to be rude, but are you a nobleman."
"Yes, I'm a baronet."
The smile disappeared for a moment.
I could see that he was blatantly disappointed. Well, I'm used to this kind of attitude.
There were even people who didn't recognize me as a nobleman.
But he was different.
Even though it is a business, he immediately recreates the smile.
"What would you like?"
"I would like a mansion with a large garden where I can spend my time in comfort. My budget is... up to 200 million."
Ho, he said and the depths of Domado-san's eyes glittered.
I was told that there was a nice property, so I was shown around.
It's on the outskirts of town, but it's certainly magnificent.
The contrast between the white-painted walls and the black-painted iron gates shines.
It is a two-story building with a refined appearance. Even though the house is vacant, it seems to be well taken care of on a daily basis.
I was allowed to go inside and learn about this and that. It looks like a nice place to live.
"How much is it?"
"It's 250 million Ria, but with Emma-sama's introduction, how about just 200 million Ria?"
"If Shishou nods, we'll sign the contract."
"Yes, thank you very much."
He seems like a trustworthy person, including all the details of the procedure.
After the tour of the mansion, Emma and I went shopping.
I looked around at the weapon shops and such, but didn't see anything worthwhile.
When we parted, Emma asked me for a favor.
"Can you tell Olivia-san I'd like her to train me sometime?"
"Okay. You did me a favor, too."
"Thank you, Noru!"
The moment Emma waved goodbye... HYU~U, a strong wind blew, and her skirt was lifted.
"Ya?"
Hmmm, is it a light blue with a strong emphasis? I also get a little LP. Is it the work of [Lucky Sukebe]?
"D-Did you see it?"
"Actually, I can adjust my eyesight a little with my skills. I'm turning it down now."
"It's a lie.... Ecchi"
After saying that, Emma ran toward the setting sun.
I'm sorry for being ecchi. I'm sorry, but I think most men are ecchi, is it because I'm an adolescent, father.
No, my father is already an old man, but he's pretty ecchi, so I went home while thinking that.
"GAU, UU... UO Noru, please help me."
In the living room, Toramaru was being toyed by Shishou.
The tulips on his head are being tampered with violently.
"Why do you have a flower on your head? Olivia doesn't understand."
While laughing, Shishou plays with the flowers again.
Ah, you had to be really gentle with him there.
Toramaru once told me to think of it as a crotch for men and women.
"HI~YAU! That part is so sensitive!"
Toramaru had gone too crazy and is so tired then lie down. Ze~e Ze~e He was breathing heavily.
Sorry, Shishou’s rampage can't be stopped even by me, his disciple.
"By the way, Shishou, I've found a potential home for you."
"Wow, Noru-kun, I love you."
Shishou hugs me and pats my head.
"You got LP ~?"
"... I got"
"You have to save up my LP~. You have to surpass Olivia someday. "
I wonder if it's possible to surpass Shishou.
Even though the three major skills are gone, she still has tons of skills you learned in the past.
"Oh, by the way, Emma wants you to train her next time."
"Eh ~ ……. It's not very interesting to teach girls ~ ”
"Don't say that. Also, if possible, I want you to train me too. I want to get stronger."
I stare earnestly into the Shishou's eyes.
I'm frustrated that she is acting a little joke. I definitely don't feel like she is serious.
I'm going to bow my head and make a serious request.
"I'm serious! I want to clear the hidden dungeons to the end, become the best adventurer I can be, and I want to be the kind of person who doesn't even care about social status."
"Olivia's training is not easy, you know?"
I nodded my head. If I'm going to be mentored directly by a legendary adventurer, I need to be prepared.
The master made a little thought while squeezing the flowers of Toramaru.
Toramaru's strange voice fills the room. Toramaru …… Hang in there.
"Then the first instruction, save 100,000 LP ~"
"Hun, 100,000...?"
It's a quite big number.
Maybe even the total I have saved so far has not reached that level.
Shishou explains it in an easy-to-understand manner.
"As far as I hear Noru-kun's story, you haven’t mastered editing and granting at the moment, do you? That's wasteful. "
Those two are important because of how much LP you have accumulated when you face the enemy.
Even to destroy an opponent's skills, the most powerful ones often require a significant number.
"I'll save up the LP. So, do you have the second instruction?"
"Yes, to destroy the sacrifice."
"Eh? Why?"
[Sacrifice] is a skill that can make you become stronger for a short time on the condition that you destroy your own skills.
It also played a big role in defeating the death chain. If it hadn't been for that, I might not have been able to save Shishou.
Here's a summary of the reasons Shishou gave me.
First, the burden on the body is too great. If you continue to use it for a long time, your body will weaken.
It can make you more susceptible to disease and shorten your life span.
"Noru-kun can also create corresponding skills with [Creation]. But as your body weakens, the amount of LP you need will grow enormously."
I was convinced. I'm not going to hurt my body too much.
And it looks like there's another reason, too.
"If you rely on that, you'll become mentally weak. And Litrine, who Olivia had beaten to a pulp, she can't use sacrifices anymore, she is just a small fry! Nyahahaha!"
Litrine is a saint who has confronted Shishou in the past.
Even she, who was famous, had a mental decline that made Shishou remember and laugh.
Well, maybe it's dangerous to rely too much on one technique.
I accept Shishou’s instructions.
Edit the text of [Sacrifice] so that it is no longer viable.
The required LP was not a big deal.
"I broke the skill"
"Not bad! Then, do your best to save LP ~!"
"Yes!"
Let's try to save up as much as we can as soon as possible.
